Virtual Event Management
As Covid dragged on throughout 2020, I had an idea to put together a virtual conference; a rather ambitious idea at the time. I led the campaign which comprised 3 virtual rooms with targeted topics including Operational Excellence, Learning and Development and the Future of Work.
The 2020 Conference received over 3,000 registrations with 55% live attendances. The following year was more targeted towards a series of panel discussions, which had proved the most engaging during the first conference.
Key Contributions
Planned and project-managed the entire campaign including, event and speaker management, pre-event promotion, webinar tech oversight, ad agency liaison, and integrated marketing communications.
I hosted one of the virtual rooms and acted as the key webinar speaker engagement support.
Created the follow-up and replay campaigns, including video production, email marketing, LinkedIn and Search advertising.
